Right of withdrawal
1. There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
2. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
3. You will bear any return costs yourself.
4. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
5. Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

7. To get a refund, please include bank details in the form of registration no. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred directly to corresponding bank account.

The condition of the item upon return
1. You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
2. If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to JSOASIS.DK to assess the condition of the product.
3. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Right of complaint
1. There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
2. Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to JSOASIS.DK within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
3. JSOASIS.DK covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Leveringstid
1. Varer, der afsendes fra vores lager i Danmark, leveres normalt inden for 1-2 uger.
2. Ved bestilling af varer fra udenlandske leverandører er den estimerede leveringstid normalt 4-6 uger.
3. Efter betaling kan kunden afhente varerne direkte fra lageret samme dag.
Leveringsområde
1. Vi leverer kun varer inden for Danmarks grænser.
2. JSOASIS.DK tilbyder personlig leveringsservice direkte til kundens leveringsadresse.
Vigtige oplysninger om levering
1. Bemærk, at boblebadene leveres stående på siden på en palle.
2. Kontroller venligst, om der er adgang til den endelige leveringsadresse, da vi ikke har løfteudstyr til at løfte spabadet eller saunaen over hegn, bygninger m.v.
3. Chaufføren kan kun flytte spabadet/saunaen med en palleløfter, hvilket kræver et jævnt og stabilt underlag.
4. Hvis spabadet eller saunaen skal løftes eller transporteres yderligere, er det kundens ansvar at sørge for tilstrækkeligt personale på leveringsdagen.
Ekstra leveringsydelser (mod gebyr)
1. Lokaliseringsassistance: Hvis ønsket, kan leveringsteamet hjælpe med at finde den ideelle placering for spabadet/saunaen. Vi rådgiver baseret på faktorer som adgangsforhold, forsyningstilgængelighed og sikkerhed.
2. Fjernelse af emballage: Vores leveringsteam kan fjerne alt emballagemateriale, herunder kasser og beskyttelsesmaterialer, der er tilknyttet spabadet/saunaen. Dette sikrer, at kunden ikke selv skal håndtere bortskaffelsen.
Aflæsning af saunaer
1. Aflæsning af saunaer skal aftales på forhånd, så den bedste løsning findes.
2. Vores transport har ikke kapacitet til at aflæsse saunaer på din adresse uden passende udstyr. Derfor skal aflæsning koordineres, så den sker samtidig med leveringen.

Delivery time:
1. Products sourced from our warehouse in Denmark typically have a delivery timeframe of 1-2 weeks.
2. When ordering products from foreign suppliers, the estimated delivery time is typically 4-6 weeks.
3. After the customer pays for their goods, they can conveniently collect the product directly from the warehouse on the same day.
Delivery area: We only deliver goods in Denmark.
JSOASIS.DK provides personalized delivery services directly to the shipping addresses of customers
Please note that hot tubs are delivered laid on the side on the pallet, same goes with saunas as well.
Please check available access to the final destination as we don't have any lifting equipment to lift the hot tub/sauna over fences, building or something like that. The driver is able to move the hot tub/sauna with pallet truck only (suitable ground is required). Also, if the hot tub needs lifting/carrying then the customer must provide enough man power on the delivery day.
Services within delivery that may be provided to a customer for additional price:
1. Removal of Packaging: The delivery team can remove the packaging materials, including boxes, crates, and wrapping, associated with the hot tub/sauna. This ensures that the customer does not have to handle or dispose of the packaging themselves.
2. Placement Assistance: If requested, the delivery team can assist the customer in determining the ideal location for the hot tub/sauna. They can provide guidance based on factors such as space availability, access to utilities, and safety considerations.
