When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Danish krone (DKK).

Delivery
Delivery time:
Products sourced from our warehouse in Denmark typically have a delivery timeframe of 1-2 weeks.
When ordering products from foreign suppliers, the estimated delivery time is typically 4-6 weeks.
After the customer pays for their goods, they can conveniently collect the product directly from the warehouse on the same day.
Delivery area: We only deliver goods in Denmark.
JSOASIS.DK provides personalized delivery services directly to the shipping addresses of customers
Delivery is free of charge for all products on our website.
Please note that hot tubs are delivered laid on the side on the pallet, same goes with saunas as well.
Please check available access to the final destination as we don't have any lifting equipment to lift the hot tub/sauna over fences, building or something like that. The driver is able to move the hot tub/sauna with pallet truck only (suitable ground is required). Also, if the hot tub needs lifting/carrying then the customer must provide enough man power on the delivery day.
Services within delivery that may be provided to a customer for additional price:
Removal of Packaging: The delivery team can remove the packaging materials, including boxes, crates, and wrapping, associated with the hot tub/sauna. This ensures that the customer does not have to handle or dispose of the packaging themselves.
Placement Assistance: If requested, the delivery team can assist the customer in determining the ideal location for the hot tub/sauna. They can provide guidance based on factors such as space availability, access to utilities, and safety considerations.
Consent
We obtain your consent when this is required to process your personal data unless we have other legal authority to process your personal data. Before you give consent, we make sure to inform you about what you give consent to.
You have at any time the opportunity to withdraw your consent by contacting us by e-mail [email protected].
If you choose to withdraw your consent, you must be aware that this may lead to restrictions in the services we can offer, e.g. sending newsletters.
You should also be aware that in some cases we will be entitled to continue the processing of your information even if you withdraw your consent and the processing based on the consent expires. We mainly process your information in order to fulfill an agreement of which you are a party and to comply with applicable law, including the Accounting Act and the Money Laundering Act.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will bear any return costs yourself.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email [email protected] to which the standard cancellation form is requested to be filled in and sent with (cf. the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
To get a refund, please include bank details in the form of registration no. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred directly to corresponding bank account.
The condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to JSOASIS.DK to assess the condition of the product.
We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to JSOASIS.DK within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
JSOASIS.DK covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
Complaints are not received if these have been sent on COD.
